| The Service Center Staff, Finances & Controlling is an internal service provider of the institute. It functions as a link between the wbk and the various departments of the KIT. Its core task is resource and financial management by planning, controlling and information. Planning The basis for continuous development is created in the planning section by working out a target situation in an interdisciplinary way. Controlling Based on the planning, it is important to control if the goals are obtained. For this purpose, the target situation is constantly compared to the present situation. Information During the planning and controlling processes, there is an active exchange of information with all parties involved. The gained knowledge is returned and in doing so, the success of the processes is guaranteed. |
